At Elaine and Friends Learning Center we are passionate about working with young children, and responsive to their needs, we encourage them as they become increasingly more self-sufficient and independent. We view education as a journey and partnership
between parents and teachers.
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 6:30 A.M.-6:30 P.M. Full time hours of care consist of 9.5 hours per day. Any hours beyond 9.5 will be considered before/after care (see rates and fees).
E.F.L.C. staff focuses on developing the whole child- socially, emotionally, intellectually, spiritually, and physically. We are committed to helping your child develop independence, and self-worth in an atmosphere of affirmation and acceptance.
Elaine and Friends Learning Center uses the Creative Curriculum that coincides with Pennsylvania Standards. Alongside the Creative Curriculum E.F.L.C emphasizes S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. By offering an engaging curriculum it is our aspiration that each child will develop a positive outlook towards school, a better appreciation of the world around them and acquire a lifelong love for learning.
