Services Provided:
-Registered Nurses (RNs) who provide skilled medical care including nursing assessment, IV medication administration, monitoring vital signs, dressing wounds and teaching family/caregivers how to provide quality care of a skilled patient at home.
-Certified Nursing Assistant/ Home Health Aide -- assist patients with activities of daily living and fundamental tasks.
-Personal Care attendants - Includes assistance with activities of daily living (ADL), such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility assistance, incontinence care, feeding, and medication reminding.
-Companion /Sitters - Includes non-medical, basic supervision to ensure a client's safety and well-being.
-Respite - Provides assistance and support to primary caregivers.
-Reassurance - Making contact with home bound clients.
-Live-in - Provide 24- hour care, with continuous monitoring and supervision of daily activities.
