About the business
Community Care Systems, Inc., an experienced in-home provider since 1980, has been providing quality and cost effective in-home services for over 30 years. Our in-home services provide support to those who request assistance or have a desire to remain in the familiarity of their own home. Today we are recognized as one of the leaders in the in-home service industry. Our staff are all professionally trained and dedicated to providing the best quality care for our clients!
If you are interested in Community Care Systems In- Home services, we will come visit your home for a consultation meeting to conduct of survey of needs. There we will come up with a plan of care that suits the client perfectly, including service frequency and cost of care.
In home services are provided by supervised homecare aides who receive extensive and specialized training initially and on-going each year. The home care aides are insured, bonded, and must pass a thorough background check.
Services offered:
*Assistance with grooming and personal care activities
*Routine house cleaning
*Laundry
*Meal Preparation
*Essential Errands
*Escort to medical appointments
*Relief and respite for caregivers
*Companion Care
*Respite services for caregivers
Services may be provided on a daily or weekly basis and even 24 hours a day.
Our home care aides are thoroughly trained and screened. Each HCA has 24 hours of training initially as required and directed by the Illinois Department on Aging. They all must also have 12 hours additional training each year. We require background checks on each home care aide and require a drug free workplace.
While all of this and the duties the home care aide provides are important, our workers provide something as equally valuable: caring and concern for their clients. As our slogan says, "Care is our middle name" and we mean that. The home care aide may be the only human contact the client has all week and supports their mental and emotional well-being.
Also of great importance, our home care aides serve as the eyes and ears of supervisors, case managers, or doctors providing updates and observations to alert of an emerging need. These concerns are then relayed to the appropriate person to prevent falls, hospitalizations, elder abuse, or other crises.
We strive to provide quality care. To ensure this, we conduct phone calls, visits, and surveys regarding our services and promptly follow up regarding any concerns.
