The business was started by Anne Tuel in 1965 as a family day care. It has since grown into a wonderful child care center. With over 45 years of experience Circle Time continues to provide a valuable service to our community, Veronique (Mrs.Gigi) the second generation owner is hands on and dedicated to Circle Time's reputation of providing quality and affordable child care.
