I gave 1 star because I had to. I worked for this company. She forged medical documents. We had a client who was a diabetic that was supposed to be having her BS checked 3 times a day. We were only checking it twice a day. This client was also supposed to be taking meds at 6am, 8am, 4pm, and 8pm. We were giving her meds at 8am and 8pm only. She completely redid the Mar for the month of November and made up blood sugars that were never taken to fill the Mar out correctly. She also redid the whole months Mar to cover up that she had her employees passing the clients medicine wrong. She signed employees signatures who had quit. She is very shady and very unprofessional. Please do not work for this woman. Please do not allow this company to take care of your loved ones.

I've been with Chosen for over 2 years and I love them ! Very helpful through my diagnosis over this last year . I've been through many companies but Chosen has been the only company to always make sure they have staff available . The owner is very pleasant and always there when I need her . Wouldn't want any other company

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. THEY TREATED MY MOM LIKE CRAP. THE WORKERS BROUGHT IN BUGS WITH THEM. THEY SAID IT WASNT THEM BUT I NEVER HAD A BUG IN MY HOUSE UNTIL I ALLOWED THEM IN. DIRTY PLACE

The aide that Chosen home care services sent me was wonderful. She was very pleasant and took the time to learn my needs. She helped me gain the strength in becoming fully mobile. I would recommend these guys to anyone!
