Chinatown Learning Center is committed to providing quality bilingual education and care to preschool and school-age children and to offering resources and support so that Chinese-American families with limited English have access to agencies that provide services that could benefit them.
Our center is located in the heart of Chinatown in Philadelphia. There is a large population of immigrant families that live in this area. We truly appreciate the opportunity to utilize the First Books project to help transition the children to a new culture and preschool. It is great that we are able to order books and materials in Chinese and English. This helps the parents interact with their children and provides materials for improving literacy.
