My 11year went here. He LOVED the Summer Camp activities. We are attending again this summer. He will be a Jr. Consular this summer and we will have 50%off per week! (Mom gets a raise!!!)

My child was placed here for a little over 2 months. 9.5 months upon arrival, 1 year when we disenrolled.

Things I liked:
1. The children at at a half moon table when they ate, allowing them to interact with one another
2. They took them outside on the buggy
3. There was the option to view a camera in the room.

THINGS I DIDN'T LIKE: (Going from least to greatest offense)
1. Each morning when I dropped my child off, I had to go FIND her teacher so I could get my child settled and leave for work.
2. My child would cry each morning when I left when they had never done so at their prior daycare and NEVER does at the current one...
3. When I requested the staff do something during the day, it fell on dead ears.
4. When I addressed the teachers repeatedly about a consistent rash my child was getting, they seemed to be getting irritated with my mention of the problem, and couldn't give much feedback on what they were doing to mitigate the problem.
5. When I finally got frustrated that it seemed my requests weren't getting communicated from AM staff to PM staff, I wrote it out had the staff initial each bullet point, and addressed the from desk to help me out thinking my exaggerated approach would get them to listen...
6. I was told that my child would need to start using a sippy cup and would be moved to the next room up without any discussion with me as to whether or not I felt my child was ready for the transition! (I didn't think so by the way)
7. The paper outlining diaper changes, meals etc was supposed to tell you when to bring more supplies such as diapers or changes of clothes, but the paper was artistically doodled on with multiple different colors of highlighters that at a glance you couldn't get that info quickly (I admittedly overlooked it a few times) but not to mention the fact that that would take TIME to create which meant time they were dedicating to their art project and not paying attention to what was going on in the room.
8. Multiple times, the staff couldn't tell me where her bottles, etc were when I came to collect her belongings.
9. ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION, I was told by the PM staff member that "I wasn't the one in the room, so I don't know" You didn't find out what you'd need to know if mom asked you what happened with their child during the day???? MOST DISGUSTING WAS I WAS TOLD THIS THE FIRST DAY SHE WAS IN HER NEW CLASS THAT THE DAYCARE STAFF MOVED HER TO!!!!!! WHEN I INQUIRED THE STAFF MEMBER DID NOT HAVE ANY INCLINATION AS TO WHAT TO SAY WHEN I ASKED "HOW DID SHE DO WITH HER SIPPY CUP, HOW'D SHE DO WITH NAPPING ON A COT, DID SHE EAT WELL" AND I DIDN'T GET TO FIND OUT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY AROUND 2 PM. That was the straw that broke the camel's back.
10. When I went to dis-enroll her from the daycare, the front desk staff acted shocked that any of what I was saying was true. This indicated to me that they weren't having a hands on approach to what was going on in the classrooms and I'd already approached them on a couple of occasions to complain. I'm not interested in being the mom they dread coming.

Bottom line, if your child can't tell you how the day went, don't leave them here where you'll get poor answers to your inquiries.
