This agency is HORRIBLE...they NEVER communicate with us, when our 'regular aide'- who is really a nice person- is out they have not once sent a replacement aide nor called to tell me that they couldn't- it's really poorly run and they obviously do not care about their clients needs.

If I could give no stars I would. They NEVER do what they are suppose to. We brought our our aide and they never pay her on time, so she quit. Their aides SUCK!!! No one speaks english and they don't cook or clean properly. We are with them about 5-6 weeks. I am in the process of leaving and going to another agency. This is not new practice for them either. This has been going on for years! Staff is young girls who don't know what they are doing. They don't answer the phone when they see you calling if they know its a complaint or about someones pay. Totally unprofessional and should be closed by the state!

Not good place to work. My mom work here she quit because the owner a Haitian lady steals the money and don't pay nobody. My mom don't get paid 3 weeks and another lady don't get paid 2 weeks. The owner steal the money and everyone quits to find a good place to work. Don't work here my mom don't work for free. Owner lady is a thief and belong in jail!!
