I highly recommend the services of Being Home Matters. The caregiver for my mother was Molly who was exceptional in the care of my mother.
She was always punctual and if she were going to be late, she immediately notified us so we could adjust. Also, when we needed extra care, she was able to accommodate our needs. When using this service, we quickly realized their professionalism and
truly trusted in their support and the care that they provided.
Molly treated my mother more like a family member than a client. She was attentive to her needs and always went the extra mile to provide care and to notify us if there was ever a change in my mother's health.
We were incredibly pleased with this service and feel confident we could recommend Being Home Matters to our family and friends.

Very poorly run, never answers or returns calls. The one caregiver is very unprofessional, I think her name is Amy or Abby. I highly don't recommend this company.

Reached out to this company, they got back to me within the hour. They were very comfortable and knowledgable about the services that they offer. The owner of the company was able to set up a meeting with us within 24 hours of the initial phone call. She was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We are so happy we found these services!
