I used this service in 2019 a few times. Since then, I reached out to them to use again in 2021 but evidently they are not concerned about getting new clients or repeat clients. They lacked professionalism by not following up with me. I emailed the owner about this. While she did follow up, I still received the same noncaring attitude of wanting to assist me. She replied, Best of luck. Wow. What a response. I won't be referring them to any of my contacts.

We were not satisfied with the overall care provided. We relied on this registry to provide compassion and care, and unfortunately, we were we were greatly disappointed.
