I have known Cameka for roughly the past year, as she has been one of the primary in-home caregivers for my father, who was in the steadily deteriorating stages of Parkinson's Disease. Her duties were obvious as time went on, from helping Dad with his clothing, helping him shower, helping him maneuver around the house (or as they took walks, or went to church, or went out to lunch), cooking for him, changing him, cleaning him, making sure he was taking his medications accurately, sitting and talking with him, etc. As Dad's condition worsened, she continued to perform her role professionally, keeping him comfortable, alternating his position in bed regularly, keeping a constant vigil during either day or night (and sometimes both) and adapting to the changes in care that were necessary. Those activities in and of themselves make Cameka a qualified Connecticut Nurse Aid. But she took her duties to a higher level.

Cameka's care was personal, caring, and affectionate, yet she never let emotions interfere with the job that had to be done. She treated my father with complete dignity through his final months, and never let him feel as though he was a burden to her. Instead, it was evident that he appreciated her care, and was grateful every time she arrived to do her "job." I must mention that she also treated us, Dad's family, with kindness and respect as well. Her compassion and professionalism make her overwhelmingly qualified as a Connecticut Nurse Aid.

Ultimately, I recommend 2 P's in a Pod professional services with the highest rating possible.
