We do have a medium sized dog but she absolutely adores children; her only flaw is being a bit excitable when first meeting new friends but she has her own rooms of the house separate from the kids play areas. Outdoor play is encouraged with bikes, big wheels, scooters, and other activities galore but for rainy days we have a substantial playroom upstairs stuffed full of games, puzzles, and toys for all ages.
