Loving Arms Christian Academy and Childcare, LLC 804-878-4776 Hi! I'm Antoinette, the Owner and Operator of Loving Arms Christian Academy and Childcare, LLC. I m so excited to announce the opening of our Home Daycare, located in Midlothian, Virginia in a brand new home. Our home is located in a very quiet, upscale neighborhood on a cul-de-sac circle. We are now enrolling infants and toddlers. There are only four slots open and they will go fast! I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management but my passion is kids and business! The perfect combination! I am a wife of a wonderful husband and the mother of three amazing children. I understand the needs and struggles of parents and don t take my responsibility lightly. As a mom, I understand that good care can be challenging to find. With over 20 years' childcare experience, and the daughter of a teacher and author, I have learned that play based learning is the best and most fulfilling for children, meeting their social and emotional needs all at once. At Loving Arms, your child will use manipulatives and other creative, fun ways to learn. If they are Kinesthetic or tactile learners, our approach will be an excellent way to allow them the movement they crave. It will also be an excellent learning environment for audio and visual learners as well. Your child will work with a wide variety of materials; from books, toys, musical instruments, and art supplies. This will help prepare and provide them enriching experiences prior to kindergarten. As a military family, we understand the importance of stability and a solid routine in a child s life as they grow and develop. My skillset from 8 years in the military and years in corporate America have taught me that structure is valuable in adults and children alike. Also, as a Millennial mom, I believe that as parents and providers, we can come together and find innovative solutions to meet our families needs together in community. Loving Arms is a Christian based facility where children will learn to love manners in fun practical ways. Prayers will be said over meals and snacks each day. As a provider, I am First Aid/CPR/AED certified in Adult and pediatric emergencies. Home facility also has closed circuit cameras mounted for security.

Before And After School Care

Offering fun, affordable, and loving before and after school care for Evergreen Elementary school students. I am a mother of a blended family of four young children, two boys and two girls ages 5-9 years, living in a child packed neighborhood with endless opportunities for entertaining fun and friendship for your child. Homework supervision and snacks also provided along with flexible schedule options. We do have a medium sized dog but she absolutely adores children; her only flaw is being a bit excitable when first meeting new friends but she has her own rooms of the house separate from the kids play areas. Outdoor play is encouraged with bikes, big wheels, scooters, and other activities galore but for rainy days we have a substantial playroom upstairs stuffed full of games, puzzles, and toys for all ages. Searching for the right child care provider is difficult at best but rest assured you will find the comfy, tidy, welcoming, kid friendly environment you've been looking for and your child will feel right at home from the very first day.

I am a stay-at-home mom of a 3-year-old boy and another boy on the way at the end of March. I will be looking for children who are over 2 years of age and up at the end of April to watch out of my home Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Since I will have a newborn, I feel it would work best having an older child to care for. After my mother had a bad experience with a sitter, she decided to start up her own daycare in her home when I was a year old. My mother finally decided to go back out into the real world when me and my brother were in our late teens. During the summer and when I got done with my homework, I would help my mom with the children. I loved the summer months because there would always be lots to do. From a young age, I was taught to change diapers, fed babies, learned the correct way to hold and burp a baby, and much more. I really enjoyed being able to work and play with the children. My mother showed me that it's never too early to teach the kids to talk, read, write, etc.

Drop-in daycare near you in Midlothian, VA can be a flexible and convenient solution for busy parents who need child care on an as-needed basis. This type of child care gives families the flexibility to drop their children off for just a few hours or for an entire day, depending on their individual needs. This kind of drop-in service can help to reduce stress associated with arranging more traditional, longer-term child care options.

Typically, drop-in daycares cater to children between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 years old, but daycares will vary depending on their facilities and requirements. When reaching out to drop-in daycares in Midlothian, VA, be sure to mention the age of your child or children and confirm they accept children in that range.

While drop-in daycares in Midlothian, VA may require a short registration process and forms to be filled out, it is usually not necessary to make a reservation ahead of time for each visit. However, drop-in centers may fill up quickly during peak times, so it's always best to call ahead to ensure the needed availability.

When preparing to drop your child off at drop-in daycare near you in Midlothian, VA, it is important to make sure that you are bringing all of the necessary items for a successful and enjoyable experience. Remember to bring any blankets or stuffed animals that may serve as a comfort item -- this may even include pacifiers or sippy cups if necessary.
