I'm open to flexing days or creating a regular set schedule if that is easier. We have a house that is walkable to the metro and her daycare is walkable to the house too. Falls Church family needs weekend care for three kids. We are looking to have someone come care for our three children for a few hours each weekend to allow parents flexibility. Coming out of COVID, we are looking to line up a few qualified and reliable babysitters so that we could possibly have a date night (or day) to ourselves sometimes! We have one boy who's going on 3, smart, inquisitive, friendly, in the midst of potty training. He loves numbers and letters right now, and eats most things we put in front of him (if you give him time). We are looking for sitters who regularly have openings nights and weekends for blocks of time up to perhaps 4 hours, with experience with kids this age, who are comfortable reading and playing and engaging with him pretty much non stop. We do not have a TV, and discourage screen time in general, so it's books, games, writing/drawing, gardening, bubbles, playgrounds, and any other general playtime or enrichment activities you can think of.
