We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children (and 3rd on the way) in north Arlington. Our oldest child is in elementary school, youngest child is in half-day pre-school, and we are expecting our 3rd in February 2024 (so duties will include help during maternity leave and then taking care of 3-4-month-old starting in the summer). We prefer someone who is dependable and flexible. The job is for 40-45 hours for week and the schedule varies each week. Typical hours are 7:30 a.m. start and 5:30 p.m. end, but occasional AM help at 6:30 a.m. is needed or PM help until 7:30 p.m. Typical week includes 1-2 half days off or 1 whole day off that varies. We prefer a nanny who is physically active with kids, communicative, has a driver license and clean record, can drive their own car or ours to take kids around, who does not smoke, and is CPR certified.

We are looking for a great nanny for our son (DOB July 2023). Our son has an easy to manage, short-term medical need. I work from home and have a flexible schedule so I can help with his medical care. We are ideally looking for a nanny who would be available 9-5 Monday-Friday, but we have some flexibility on that schedule. For the following days, hours are 8:30 a.m. - 4:30pm: 7/5-7/7, 8/15 - 8/18, 8/22 - 8/25. Days when care is not needed is Fridays, 7/4, 7/21, 8/8 - 8/12.

Looking for a part-time tutor for a 5-year-old. Fully-vaccinated tutors only. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required prior to begin employment. Only tutors eligible to work in the United States. College degree preferred. Tutoring in basic reading skills, arts & crafts, math, and science. Play time included but no screens allowed. Starting Monday July 12 and ending on Friday August 27. Mon-Fri from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Montessori-family looking for a calm sweet nanny to care for our toddler and baby during the summer, with potential to extend full-year for just the baby. The baby is easy-going and the toddler is very sweet. Needs to be comfortable with car seats, as each day has a morning toddler activity!

She generally is an easy-going, happy baby in great health. Diet is formula and some solids. I work from home, and both I and my husband are fully vaccinated. Seeking a babysitter near Alexandria for 2 children (8 yr old boy, 12 yr old girl). Hoping to start the last week in August (the kids will be in school by then)! We have a 1-year-old dog who is fine spending time in his crate. Duties include pickup from school every day at 3:00 and drop-offs to multiple sports practices (all are within 5 miles of the house).
