My name is Savannah, and my husband and I own and operate an in-home care program unlike any other program out there. Our program was born out of sheer frustration. We spent many, many months searching for a program that fit the needs of not only our son, but those of my husband and I as well. We were both working adults and found the structure of most programs to be difficult to follow, given our schedules. So, after desperately searching for a program that didn't exist, I made the decision to quit my job. I spent the next 18 months designing and developing my very own curriculum. I am currently a licensed Social Worker and have 15+ years of experience with children. During the pandemic, we took full advantage of being able to work from home Jerrell took a chance and we started working together. We work as a duo and that is what helps us thrive as a program like no other! First and foremost is size. We intentionally and strictly maintain a very small group. We have implemented a maximum of 10 children with two adult workers. We absolutely refuse to have children lost in the shuffle which so often happens in big groups of children. We want it to feel like your kids are going to a friends to play for the day, not like they're going to daycare. The next major difference is flexibility. We allow you to take your children out of care for vacation, and highly encourage, if not insist on keeping them home when they're sick, and we do NOT charge you for those days (Up to 10 days)! Itsy Bitsy is open Monday-Friday and do not offer weekend care. The rate for full time care starts at $200 per week. We accept checks, credit and debit payment. We provide receipts for tax purposes. Please note, we do not accept government payments for care. We require a meeting with you and your child prior to enrollment. During that meeting, you'll be given a tour of the home, and we'll go over the enrollment packet which goes into specifics regarding the perks and expectations of my program. Should you choose to enroll, you'll pay a deposit of $100 to secure your child s spot and payments will be due on Fridays. We accept children on a two week trial bases to make sure not only are we a good fit for your child but your child is a good fit with the other children. If you have any questions, or would like to schedule an interview, please contact me! Thank you! http://itsybitsylearning.com/

D & T stands for Druen & Taylor. These are the last names of the owners. The company is designed to provide care for children in a building with childcare providers. These providers teach the children that are assigned to their classroom. The business was started because the owners share a passion for child development, both having worked in the industry for over five years. Communication with the family is key. To build a happy and loving daycare, we need to build a relationship with families by getting to know them and their children to help them learn. We can't wait to meet our future families and children at D & T's Kid'z Clubhouse. Operating hours Monday-Friday: 8:30-12:30pm Free of charge Once a month on Saturdays: 5pm-9pm

Little Munchkins Home Childcare

507 Sagebrush Lane Belton, MO

My name is Kristina. I am a mother of four and a soon to be step-mother of four as well. I have been working for day cares since I was age 17 (1993) and even ran my own in-home day care when my ex-husband was stationed in Las Vegas for three years. I have references of parents for whom I have cared for their children on a long-term basis plus one of the day cares I worked for as a reference (which is no longer in business as of March 2007) the other two day cares I worked for. One of them was in England on the military base at RAF Lakenheath and the other one is no longer in business and I have no clue how to contact that previous owner. I quit my job back in March 2009 to start back up my home day care and to be home with my youngest son who is now 22 months old, the rest of my children are in the Belton school district with my oldest being 13 years old (turns age 14 in November). For the past seven years I have cared for children off and on while I worked as a shift manager for the DQ in Raymore. In 2007 I went to work for US Toy Company's corporate office in Grandview, MO in the customer service department. I have always wanted to get back into home day care since I moved back from England in 2001 but at that time I was in need of guaranteed income. I have always had a love for working with children and helping other families out. I even have experience working with children with disabilities like cerebral palsy. I am a loving and nurturing mother and would care for your child or children in the same manner as I care for my own. I would provide meals and snacks, activities, games, story time and will not be taking on any more than four children plus my own. One reason for this is because my license is only good for four children not related to me and I also believe that in order to give proper care to children your ratio should be low. I post weekly menus as to what will be served that week so you will know what your child eats when in my care each day. I offer reasonable weekly, daily, and hourly rates to fit your needs and to make things a little more affordable for you. My normal working hours are 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. but I tend to be flexible on these hours to meet your needs to the best of my ability. I do offer part-time/drop-in care and care on some weekends as well; the main time I do not offer care on the weekends is if I plan a camping trip or have something planned with my children. I always give plenty of notice if I am not available ahead of time and post it on my information board by the entrance to my home. I love to meet all of my potential parents before your child enrolls in Lil Munchkins Childcare. I feel this gives you not only time to see how I run things, but also gives you and your child the opportunity to see the home. I also have an open door policy where you may come anytime and even have lunch with your child or just to hang out if you would like. Just to let you know, I do not charge an enrollment fee like most day cares do. I do ask that payment be made at the beginning of the week for the days of care requesting (if not used I do carry over unused care to the following week providing parent has called to inform me that care is no longer needed for date that was reserved). Little Munchkins Childcare is only closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. I open up late on the day after thanksgiving (8:00 a.m. ) due to the fact that I like to go early bird Christmas shopping for my children for Christmas. Hope you find this information a little helpful. If you have any other questions or concerns I would be more than happy to help answer them. Please call to check availability and take a tour of Lil Munchkins Home Daycare. If there is no answer please leave a message and I will get back to you for I am more than likely tending to children or outside playing with them if I don't answer.
