We need companion care to take care of my mother on Saturdays and Sundays; she is 84, lives in Broomall, and is suffering with the onset of dementia. Her short-term memory is impaired, so we are looking for a caring and compassionate companion. To start, we are seeking help on the weekends. One of her sons lives with her and helps with her care during the week. In addition to companionship and oversight, assistance with medication and meal preparation is needed. They are self sufficient with no special needs, just need assistance with keeping them on track and completing school work. Hello, We are still unsure of our exact needs as school has not provided us with a definitive schedule for the coming year. We have an 8-year-old son who will be in 3rd grade (Haverford SD) beginning on 8/31, and if school does not reopen, we will need daytime care and assistance with online education. He stays with us on Thursdays, Fridays, and every other Monday. If school opens on a hybrid schedule we would anticipate needing assistance 1-3 of the above days each week, typically between the hours of 11am-4 p.m. while my husband and I are at work. Our son is very bright and is mostly independent with his schoolwork. He has no special needs. We have a small dog and two very friendly cats. We are also expecting a new baby in January, with additional hours needed then!

They need someone to keep them engaged in School/Hw type activities, Fun projects, Reading, and good old regular play time. I would especially love someone who can teach them as my kindergartener will go into first grade and my 3 yr old will be in pre-school. I can put together a schedule. My family is in search of a Nanny to work in our home to guide our daughter and a few peers through the distance learning option provided through the public school district. Our Ideal Nanny would be a former early childhood teacher, assistant teacher, or paraprofessional who could implement enrichment activities and guide our children through their learning. All materials would be provided. We would envision that the "school" portion of the day would be very short and that the children would be spending a lot of time with outside time, indoor free play, and art projects.
