Part-time (Mon-Fri 10-4) Nanny For 1 Year Old Starting August Or Sept.

I am looking for a nanny for our son (will be 1 in August). I work from home but need assistance with childcare and housework. 30 hours per week. Usually 10-4 but may need to flex occasionally/open to flexibility. I am looking for someone with experience with toddlers. This person should be engaging & help foster his development & reaching milestones. Experience feeding solids is a must and should be up to date on infant/child CPR & first aid. References required. I'm also looking for help with housework. There is downtime while he naps, or if I am having a slow day at work, I like to spend time with him. In these cases, I would like help with duties such as: vacuuming, organizing, wiping counters, prepping food, cleaning baby toys, folding laundry, etc. Ideally this person would prefer to stay busy & is proactive.
