Cape Coral family needs a part-time tutor for English, Math. My son is 7, going into second grade and struggles with understanding math problems and pronouncing words! I am looking for someone to work with him 1-1. 5 hours 2 days a week to get him up to speed. Looking for someone fun and outgoing because he one fun kid!

Fort Myers family needs a tutor for 5th grader. Looking for someone experienced in working with kids who struggle in this area. He is sweet but can be quick to get down on himself. He is a great reader of words, but struggles to answer comprehension questions and to think of words when he has to write. While he sometimes requires a lot of repetition to get it to click, when it does, he soars and doesn't forget. He responds very well to one-on-one teaching with someone who is patient and encouraging, and also to being presented with lots of examples. He wants to learn; he just doesn't want to feel "dumb". Someone with ESE experience and/or skills would likely be best. Will need some remedial teaching at first and we are committed to frequent and ongoing sessions throughout the year.

Doing school home connect and need help. Additional needs include having a reliable car. Subject Areas: Math, Science.
