Searching for a great house cleaner. We have a small 7-year-old ranch house and I also have a bad back!!! I need someone who will thoroughly clean 1 small bathroom (with stall shower, no tub); 1/2 bath (just sink and toilet); and 1 kitchen. I do not need help with the bedrooms. I am looking for someone who cleans the way I did before I hurt my back. I would like bi-weekly service and I am very flexible as to what day of the week. Any time between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. would be fine. I would also like someone who might be available to do odd jobs for extra money... i. e., clean top of cabinets; ceiling fans; once in a while. This is not imperative but would be great. This is a very small house. I have no pets or kids. I am looking to pay between $40-45 a visit and my estimate is that it is no more than a 2 hour job.

Someone who is social and outgoing and doesn't mind doing some light exercise with my mom (walking mostly). My mom loves to go walking outside or in the mall while browsing. Stop for lunch, maybe see a movie. She is still very independent and thrives when she is able to be more social and active. She needs a companion to help get her out a little more during the week.
