Our priority and focus in everything we do is centered on the time we will spend with each other. Our children love connection and thrive on a schedule that allows both time for relaxation as well as activity--mental and physical! Our children need someone willing to provide and stick to a daily schedule. They also need someone genuinely interested in forming a bond with them. Our family needs someone who is dependable, reliable, knows the value of loving children unconditionally, and is willing to interact with our children with tools inside and outside of our home. We would love someone who appreciates a walk in our local park as much as a rainy day watching movies, doing arts and crafts as well as taking our children to the zoo. We need someone with initiative to provide for our children without us having to create the playbook for you. We live in a quiet neighborhood. Our home has parking for you. We have pets that are all outside--dogs, a cat, and chickens. There is absolutely NO expectation for our caregiver to provide any care to our pets. Except for our cat, who roams, our pets are kept in their own areas of the yard.

The initial schedule would be 1-2 days a week on Mondays and Wednesdays ideally from 9-3 but we can be flexible for the right person. The hours and days can increase in time if all works out well.
