At Ivybrook Academy, we believe that early childhood education should feel like an extension of home: safe, warm, and full of discovery. As a mom of three and the principal of our school, I know how much this decision matters. That’s why we take the time to truly know our families, not just their schedules, but their hopes for their child’s first learning experience. We’re a private half-day preschool offering morning, afternoon, and dual-session programs for children ages 18 months to 5 years. Our approach blends Montessori and Reggio Emilia philosophies into a hands-on, curiosity-driven curriculum that supports the whole child - academically, socially, and emotionally. Our classrooms are calm and thoughtfully designed, our teachers are caring and highly trained, and our daily rhythm respects each child’s natural energy and developmental stage. Whether your child thrives in the morning or blooms later in the day, we’ll help you find the right fit. We also offer flexible wraparound care, summer camps, enrichment classes, and a pilot transportation option from nearby schools. If you’re looking for more than just care, for a place where your child will be known, challenged, and celebrated, we’d be honored to meet you. Warmly, Heather Principal, Ivybrook Academy
