My son loves monster trucks and racing. He loves being outside and learning new things daily. My son needs help with potty training daily. That is something we are working on at the moment We are looking for a reliable sitter who is willing to entertain and help with all his daily needs My home has plenty of parking No pets

We have three kids. Our 9-year-old attends school. Typically, we can get him to and from school but will need occasional support for this. We primarily need care for our 2-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son. They like to be outdoors, go to the trampoline park and the children's museum. We have a meet up every Thursday with friends that they like to go to. We don't allow any screen time, unless it's a stay at home and chill kinda day. We do expect our nanny to help the kids with basic hygiene, wash dishes and clean up any messes made during the day and do the kids laundry. We are tidy people and our nanny would need to be just as tidy. We live in a small space and tidiness is necessary. We have a few animals(dogs, chickens and a bunny) that we feed and care for. During the day, if any issues arise, we may ask for you assistance. Putting an animal in its cage or feeding an animal. But we typically manage them ourselves. We hope to find a nanny that is flexible in schedule as our schedule changes weekly. We are also flexible too if we need to accommodate appointments and such. It is extremely important that our nanny knows and practices car seat safety. No loose or unbuckled seat belts. A must have is communication. If any issues arise, we are very straightforward people and like to address things head on, in a kind and polite manner. Our nanny must also be open to communicating with us anytime she has an issue so we can work together to solve it. Jesus, family, healthy food. We are looking for in-home care for my 21-month-old son. I work from home most days. We have a large golden retriever, so we will need a dog lover, for sure :) I also have a 4. 5-year-old daughter who will be at preschool most days, however there may be a couple of days where she is around for a few hours. We would like to find someone who has a background in childcare for young children and is excited to facilitate creative activities both indoors and outdoors. Light housework and meal prep during nap time would be ideal! We would prefer that this person is fully vaccinated, to include flu and covid vaccines (and boosters). We live walking distance to a great park and walking or short drive to to the library, as well as have a big yard for lots of activities. So there is not shortage of things to do!

Parents are 89 I need someone to clean their house. I need their bedsheets washed and bed remade. The extra 2bedrooms need to be dusted and rug vacuumed every other week. Looking to start housekeeper every 2 weeks and move them them to once a week when needed. I need all garbage to be empty. The front room, kitchen, and dinning room are all one big room. They have hardwood floors through out the house except the 3 bedrooms have new carpet. So general cleaning of home.
