Hello my name is Samantha, I have two younger sisters so I have experience changing diapers and entertaining infants. My youngest sister and I are 14 years apart so I learned a lot of skills from taking care of her. I also took a babysitters course at the YMCA. During that course I got certified in CPR for all ages. From the time I was 13 years old I have been babysitting all ages. When I was younger I started my own business where I created my own flyers and listed my expertize in nanny/babysitting. I had a regular client base, and still have close relationships with those families. Currently I have been working at a financial institution, but I love and adore children and would like to work in an environment with them again. I am able to give several references on recent and old jobs that I've had. I enjoy the arts and I'm very creative. Additionally, I am open to explore new cities and create new experiences, so traveling would not be a problem. I would like to be considered for the position and am willing to take any additional courses that would benefit the well-being of your child.

I have been doing in home daycare for 25 years! It is in my heart and soul, and I love what I do. My philosophy is to have a home environment as the parents would if they were able to stay home. I have an open door policy, and have close relationships with my parents. I have a wonderful setup, lots of toys for every age, and the kids have their own playroom. My normal business hours are Monday-Friday; 7:00am -6:00pm. I provide all of the meals, and ask that you provide a change of clothes, and diapers, formula etc. We have circle time, art time, play inside and outside. I provide structured play time and free play. We sing lots of songs, paint, learn sign language, dress up, jammy days. We simply have FUN! I also offer 2 days a week a relaxed preschool program. What this means is once a week I write on our white board what we are learning for the week. We work on sensory, workbooks, and arts those 2 days. The kids bring home their work each week, and the parents are involved with this. I provide excellent references, and would love to meet with you and see if we are a good fit. I have limited space, and no room for infants, as those spots have been filled. I charge $30.00 a day, and give a discount if siblings are in care together! I look forward to meeting you! :)
