Montessori Pathways is a home day care. I have space for one child with a DOB as young as 6/2017 or I can enroll one child with a DOB between 12/2015 and 12/2016. However, I do keep a waiting list. I use the MSU Academic Calendar for unpaid time off. Two weeks at winter break, spring break, the week after spring semester and the week after summer session. This works well for MSU faculty or perhaps a parent who works from home and would take vacation at these times. I am influenced by child care philosophies such as, RIE (Resources for Infant Educarers), as well as Montessori. Preschool group piano lessons. Children four years old receive weekly group piano lessons through the Diaz School of Piano (DSoP). This will include ongoing updates as well as performances for their parents. Three year olds will begin by being introduced to piano music, moving to piano music and learning the hand motions and fine motor skills – the ability to control finger movements – in these early stages of development at this age, in preparation for group piano lessons and learning to play the piano.
