In search of a gentle childcare provider to care for our home and our children, up to 12 hours per week, days and times can be set around your schedule. Duties would include cooking/serving meals, getting kids up and ready, helping them with homework (if there is any), light cleaning when possible. We utilize authoritative parenting; therefore, knowledge and understanding of gentle, conscious discipline strategies and tools are a must.

I am in the hiring process at a local law firm. I need care for my 3-year-old twins while myself and my husband are at work. This is a part time position and it is immediate and ongoing. I may require a day or two for household help while the twins visit with their father (one to two weeks a month, depends on holidays).
