Hello! I'm expecting our first child and am looking into what our care situation could realistically look like. My husband works 8 days on and 6 days off in a constant schedule, leaving home at 5 a.m. and returning at 6. I am a pilot with a flexible schedule, but I do leave for anywhere from 2-5 days at a time. We will need someone or two to be able to watch the little bean while my husband works on days that Im gone. I do have my entire month schedule in advance but each week will vary. We have family that can help on weekends so you would only be needed usually 2-4 days a week at most. We do have two cats in the home so you must be okay with them but we dont expect you to clean or anything when the baby is sleeping, youll have full access to the house and guest room bed when needed for naps or anything.
