My name is Claire and I'm the homeowner. The home has 2 floors with 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and an office. Two of the bedrooms are never used so really only need light cleaning or dusting. The 1st floor is all tile including all 4 of the bedrooms, and all bathrooms, but the bedroom closets are carpeted.
The stairs going up to the 2nd floor are hardwood, as well has the general area leading to the bedrooms. The wood flooring needs to be cleaned carefully not using harsh chemicals or rough mops or equipment that will scratch or damage the floor. There are some things we ask you not to pick up and clean in case an accident occurs, which we will show you on your first cleaning. If you are ever unsure about how to clean something, or if you should clean something, you can always ask us. Lastly, 2 beds need to be changed and washed.
