We're starting turnaround soon and we're in need of recurring cleaning/laundry help! We just don't have the time to keep up during turnaround so we will need help with cleaning the house and doing the laundry. Our home is 4 bedrooms with a playroom for the kiddos, a big living room, open kitchen with an island, 3 full bathrooms and a den. We have one lab that is indoor/outdoor but is very clean. We need help with folding and putting away laundry, cleaning up kitchen and doing dishes, vacuuming each room and mopping, changing bed linens and making beds, cleaning bathrooms and general cleanup. We have one lab that is 8 months and well trained. He won't be there during the cleaning.

I have a large home, live alone unless I have a visitor. No children. I am sim-retired and generally work from home or do projects. I want someone to help with the basics around the house and some special projects, depending on what hours the service provider wants. Special projects could be recycling, cabinet cleaning, windows, pool maintenance, garage or basement cleaning, or others as may come up. I need service once every two weeks, day and time is very flexible as I work from home. Time would be about three or four hours every other week, or as arranged for a special project. I have two cats. I am looking for a long term house cleaner. Generally fairly basic on the duties with an occasional special project, depending on the providers skills and desire for more hours.
