Looking for companionship care for my mother next week while I travel for work from 5/16-18. The hours are flexible, either day or night for 8-12 hours each day. My husband will be home but will need to rest/sleep. My mother can walk (occasionally needs assistance) and hygiene herself. It would be great for her to have a something to do, like shopping, lunch, volunteering or playing scrabble and watching TV at home. We have 1 dog but she can be in a separate bedroom if needed.

About who needs care: Bedridden, early stage of Alzheimer's. Just need someone to sit with him while I run errands or just take some time for myself. About the care needs: Need to be able to change his diapers, clean him up, and feed him. Services needed include: companionship.

They are in denial of their situation and need time to realize they need more help than we can give. Both have a bunch of health issues and we would like to spend time with them and not worry about household chores. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.

About who needs care: My mom has the onset of dementia. She also needs care as she has just had surgery. She needs help to do physical activity and to eat. About the care needs: Someone patient and firm. Background in physical therapy a plus. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

About who needs care: She had a stroke and is paralyzed on the left side, wheelchair bound. Needs assistance with transfer from bed to wheelchair, dressing, bathing, and toileting. About the care needs: Bubbly personality that likes to converse. Need to know how to use a gait belt and transfer from bed to wheelchair. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

About who needs care: will have plates and screws placed in right foot. Need assistance until large boot and stiches are removed 10 days after surgery

About who needs care: She reads all day. She has a lot of knee and back pain. She uses a walker. About the care needs: Someone older. Someone kind and caring. Services needed include: companionship.

About who needs care: My 90 yr old Mom needs assistance with bathing, dressing etc. I work from home but need some assistance. Also when I travel would need possible overnight care. She is 92, has always been able to dress and be pretty independent until recently. She also has been getting increasingly forgetful. About the care needs: Just someone patient and caring. My mom is very sweet. She is pretty tiny so not hard to assist but just needs more help these days. Hop and help her in and out of bath tub etc. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

About who needs care: We are traveling and would like to have someone check in on my aunt and mother during the day. One is in a wheelchair, but transfers independently, the other is independent for ADLs, but has Alzheimer's w/ memory deficits. About the care needs: We would like someone who can check in on them, make sure they took their medications and run a quick errand if needed. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
