She not only took care of my relative she also tidy up the apartment (everything was always neat, clean and organized.). She took care of her 2 cats. My grandmother runs a foster care home for children with special needs, and I have spent at least 8 hours a day since I was child working with and helping children with special needs. There were always 1-2 licensed nurses in the home who became just like family and we all worked as a team to take care of the adults and children in the home. Once I was old enough, I was put on the payroll and responsible for meal prep, giving medication, diaper changes, and many other things for up to 5 children at once.
