Care Manager Certified services (Medication management and administration from a licensed RN) available from our sister company-

WHY USE A HOME CARE ORGANIZATION? HCOs are licensed and inspected through the state of California. Private hires are not required to carry workers compensation, professional and liability insurance. Caregiver injuries are the number 1 reason caregivers leave this industry- if a private hire is injured on the job- you are liable for those injuries. Private hires also do not have professional and liability insurance or coverage if they drive your loved one in their vehicles. All placing the elderly client at great financial risk.
Non-skilled, unlicensed caregivers are not trained or educated to administer or manage medications to any person according to state laws in California. If you are seeking this kind of support (medication management) and continue to fall short- it is because proper education on pharmacology and pathophysiology are not required for home care aides whereas it is required for licensing of Registered Nurses. (Please see to learn more about using a licensed, Care Manager Certified RN to safely meet your medication needs).
