Hi-Flyers Cheer & Tumble! This high-energy class is the perfect blend of gymnastics and cheer, designed to build strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment! We start with tumbling, where kids will master foundational skills like cartwheels, rolls, jumps, and cheer motions. Through engaging games, teamwork, and dynamic routines, young athletes will develop essential motor skills while fostering a love for movement. As part of our Hi-Flyers Cheerleading Program, participants will learn the fundamentals of cheerleading, including basic cheers, stunts, and routines, while continuing to build flexibility, strength, and leadership skills. Plus, Hi-Flyers will have the exciting opportunity to perform at multiple Hi-Five Sports halftime events throughout the season! (Performances are optional.) Let your child’s creativity shine in this exciting weekly art class! Each session explores a fun theme and introduces young artists to a variety of materials and techniques. Cheer and tumbling Skills 360 is the ultimate crash course designed just for you! This class is beginner-friendly, high-energy, and focuses on making you fearless on the floor. We turn learning the basics into a super-charged, unforgettable training session, covering the three key ingredients of an amazing cheerleader: Tumbling Time: We start simple and safe! You'll master your foundational moves— and building the power needed for future flips! No pressure, just progress. Flight School: Ever wanted to fly? This is where you learn the secrets of safe stunting! We teach every role base, back spot, and flyer and focus on the teamwork and trust needed to make those first lifts stable and fun. Jumps & Sass: Learn how to hit those jumps and motions with sharp, confident style. We train you to be proud and perfectly synchronized, so you look like a pro every time! The Vibe Our fast-paced circuits and positive coaches ensure you are always moving, always learning, and always having a blast. This high-energy class dives into advanced cheer technique, focusing on powerful tumbling like back handsprings and back tucks. Athletes will fine-tune their form, timing, and control through drills that challenge strength, flexibility, and confidence—all led by our experienced Cheer Director. Expect personalized coaching, lots of encouragement, and major progress! We’ll also introduce intermediate cheer stunting, including preps, extensions, and basic stunt sequences. Athletes will work in groups to safely practice lifting, basing, and spotting—building strength, trust, and teamwork in a dynamic, supportive environment. To celebrate their hard work, athletes will have the opportunity to shine in a performance or showcase—details will be shared later in the session!
