Hi-Five After School Club Get ready for an action-packed afternoon with the Hi-Five After School Club! Once a week, kids will experience a mini-version of our legendary Hi-Five Sports Camp, which has been a favorite for over 30 years. Under the guidance of experienced and enthusiastic coaches, children will build skills, confidence, and friendships while learning the fundamentals of a variety of sports. Hi-Five Kids Fitness & Aerobics (Ages 3.5–6) Get your child moving, learning, and having fun with Hi-Five Kids Fitness & Aerobics at the Bernard Weinger JCC! This high-energy class is designed to help young children build a strong foundation of movement, coordination, balance, flexibility, and confidence through age-appropriate fitness activities, obstacle courses, aerobic games, music, and interactive challenges. For boys, this program helps develop the fundamental athletic skills needed to succeed in sports such as basketball, soccer, baseball, football, and more. Through running, jumping, agility drills, and teamwork activities, children gain the confidence and physical literacy needed to enter the sports world. For girls, the class provides an excellent introduction to the movement patterns used in dance, cheerleading, gymnastics, and performing arts. Participants will work on rhythm, body control, flexibility, coordination, and self-expression while having fun in a positive and encouraging environment. Whether your child dreams of scoring goals, making baskets, performing on stage, or simply staying active, Hi-Five Kids Fitness & Aerobics is the perfect place to build skills, make friends, and develop a lifelong love of movement. HI-FIVE LITTLE BALLERS offers weekly basketball development classes for children 3-5 years old. Our program incorporates the game of basketball to help children build self-esteem, coordination, and more. The coaching staff is highly experienced when it comes to teaching tots sports. Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. Any classes that are missed you can make-up class during any age-appropriate class within the session. You can cancel your registration at any time, but you will only receive a credit for your remaining balance. There are no refunds just Hi-Five Credits No class 11/28
