Class is @ the Hi-Five Sports Zone. Hi-Five Coaches will focus on the following during these sessions: Game Play situations Proper Defense and defensive positioning Basic Offensive plays Out of bounds plays Skill Development and much more This link is specifically designed for participants who would like to join just the gymnastics. While we highly recommend taking the complete class for the full experience, you are also welcome to sign up for just one portion: the gymnastics section, called Cartwheels (thursdays 4:00-4:50pm), or the basketball section, called Crossovers (4:50-5:25pm) Choose the option that best fits your interests and goals!
