This permit is designed to assist you during your manatee encounter and beyond. Manatee education, snorkeling prep work and all gear needed will be provided. No parking fee nor No entry fee! The small group size of no more than 6 per boat helps ensure that both your group and the manatees are having a safe and fun time. Our experienced Coast Guard Captains and Professional Guides will make this an unforgettable trip. Manatees are wild animals enjoying their natural habitat. Our Half Day Classic Raft trip begins at the northern border of Yellowstone National Park, right where the Gardiner River converges with the mighty Yellowstone River.
