About Sports: Each day features 7 games tailored by age group. Continue your practice in traditional sports such as basketball, flag football, soccer, and volleyball. Additionally, play new and creative games like bubble soccer, black light dodgeball, gaga ball, and ultimate ball, to name a few. Spark your child's athletic desire! More than Just Sports: With the GrowFit staff, our camp isn’t just about picking up a ball or swinging a bat. It's about nurturing a lifelong passion for sports, instilling the true essence of sportsmanship, and creating bonds of friendship. Every Athlete: Whether you're making your debut in team sports or it's your eighth year competing on travel teams, our camp caters to each individual’s sporting journey. Here, everyone’s an MVP! Everyone loves superheroes and we definitely do here at GrowFit. We have a whole week where you dress as your favorite superhero and play games that make your kiddo feel like the next Superman! Logistics Drop-off: 8:45-9:00 am at the FRONT of SportsHouse. Late drop-offs are permissible. Pick-up: 3:45-4:00 pm at the FRONT of SportsHouse. Early pick-ups are always acceptable at the front of SportsHouse. Lunch & Snacks: Please pack 2-3 wholesome snacks, and GrowFit provides a kid-friendly lunch each day. Venue: Camp is run indoors on multiple playing fields, basketball and volleyball courts, and an outdoor sand volleyball court. Hydration: Kindly pack an inexpensive water bottle. Attire: We recommend athletic clothing and shoes. For younger children, please bring an extra set of clothing in the event of accidents. Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the camp date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee. For cancellations occurring within 30 days of the camp start date, we are pleased to offer a credit for future participation in our camp. Our Hi-Flyers Cheerleading Program is the perfect introduction to the exciting world of cheer! Our program teaches the fundamentals of cheerleading, including basic cheers, positions, stunts and routines. Hi-Flyers will also practice tumbling, and jumps, while developing coordination, strength, and flexibility. Get ready for unlimited fun and high energy drills, mixed with leadership and team building activities. Please note, our Hi-Flyers will have the opportunity to perform at multiple Hi-Five Sports halftimes throughout the season. (All performances are optional) Join the movement today! There are no refunds for classes only a credit if your child is sick, there is a family emergency or special circumstances. This class focuses on non-competitive pre-sports and exercise skills to promote healthy activity. We work on skills like throwing, catching, kicking and tumbling that are combined with creative movements and props. We introduce your little ones to sports like soccer, baseball, basketball and even golf! We start each class by stretching and exercising. It is a very active class!

A Call to Action is designed to empower our middle-schoolers to become change makers in their communities. Explorers will meet with activists, scientists, nature enthusiasts, and officials in various fields to learn first-hand about environmental issues, what positive change can look like, and how to get started all the while swimming, playing, and building projects throughout the week to gain a better understanding of the issues discussed. The week will culminate in a student-led presentation and fundraiser to contribute toward a community cause. Together, we can be the change!

Game time will be 4-4:50 PM 5-5:50 PM 6-6:50 (If needed) All sessions @ The Hi-Five Sports Zone Hi-Five Jr. NBA Basketball focuses on fundamental skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and hard work—all in a fun, fast-paced environment! This league is perfect for boys and girls in Kindergarten through 4th grade who want to learn the game the right way while having a blast on the court. Key Details: 🏀 Each player will receive a jersey and shorts once teams are formed. 📅 Game times may vary based on enrollment. ⚠️ Scheduling conflicts must be submitted by Week 1. Season & Payment Information: Registration includes three seasons of basketball (Fall, Winter, and Spring). You will be automatically enrolled for the year. The Winter session payment will be processed on 12/1 unless you notify us otherwise. If needed, you will have the opportunity to make changes before the next session begins. For teens aged 13-16, our Counselors-In-Training (CIT) program offers the ultimate mix of leadership training, community service opportunities, and exciting gameplay with younger campers—all while boosting résumés with valuable experience! CITs work alongside camp counselors under the guidance of a trained coach, learning leadership skills and playing a variety of sports and games. The program is $30/day with limited spots available each week, requiring a full-session commitment. What to Bring: Water Bottle: Stay hydrated! Refill stations are available on-site. Shoes & Clothing: Comfortable athletic shoes and black athletic shorts or pants are required. Each CIT will receive a camp shirt to wear for the week.
