Introducing our FUNdamentals class, the perfect way to kickstart your child’s gymnastics journey! Designed specifically for preschoolers, this class fosters confidence, patience, control, and coordination, using fun, age-appropriate gymnastics equipment. Through engaging circuits and drills, your little ones will develop fine motor skills while discovering the excitement of being a budding gymnast! Here’s what our young athletes will work on: Strength & Flexibility: Building a strong foundation for gymnastics. Gymnastics Body Positions: Learning shapes and colors to help reinforce body awareness. Tumbl Trak: Practicing jumps, body control, proper landing, and beginner tumbling. Vault: Mastering running, jumping, and body positions on the springboard. Floor: Introduction to forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, and cartwheel basics. Bars: Focusing on grip strength, chin holds, L-holds, front supports, and more! Beam: Balance, walks, jumps, and beginner skills on the beam.
