Kids Cooking Classes in Irvine, CA

This course is for the Lil’ Chefs, ages 3-5, who still need an adult by their side. This is a hands-on cooking class that allows adults to help their little ones measure dry and wet ingredients. Each adult has the choice to cook alongside their child or assist, depending on their age and capabilities. We start with baking recipes where they will learn how to measure dry ingredients and mix various batters. We will be making Red Velvet Trifle. Ages: 3-5 (older kids are welcome)

This hands-on 16-week course is an advanced cooking program designed for young chefs who are ready to take their skills to the next level. Students will step into the world of a 5-star kitchen, learning essential techniques such as plating, knife skills, sautéing, and roasting. What’s on the Menu Throughout the course, students will prepare a variety of gourmet dishes, including: • Roasted Apricot-glazed Cornish Hens • Classic Beef Stroganoff • Shrimp Scampi • Chicken Cordon Bleu • Hors d’œuvres and Gourmet Side Dishes • French Pastries and Desserts

In this three-part Lil’ Chefs series, young cooks will explore iconic dishes and hands-on techniques from Italy, France, and China. Each class highlights the flavors, traditions, and cooking skills that make these cuisines so beloved around the world. Students will mix, knead, sauté, stir fry, bake, and create beautiful dishes while building confidence in the kitchen. We also teach how to measure properly and the difference between measuring dry and wet ingredients. We create everything from scratch, and tastings are always included.
