This monthly class specializes in teaching basic pastry & baking techniques, including creaming, folding, whisking & beating, cutting in, kneading, and sifting. We also teach how to measure properly and the difference between measuring dry and wet ingredients. We create everything from scratch, and tastings are always included. Baking Favs Menu Wk 1: Donuts...Cake & Yeast Wk 2: Funnel Cakes with Fresh Strawberry Compote Wk 3: French Beignets Wk 4: Italian Zeppole's

We will make mummy pizzas, a wickedly romantic wedding soup with one-eyed meatballs, DARK chocolate meringue ghosts & Jack Skellington Oreo pops. Leave the bloody mess in our kitchen!

Each day, Lil’ Chefs will make a Turkey entrée, a side dish, and a yummy dessert. Lil’ Chefs will also learn knife skills, time management, working together as a team to complete each recipe, kitchen safety, and proper measuring of ingredients. Our Baking classes are back! Bake with us and whip up some fun in our cool kitchens with our Halloween theme. Lil’ Chefs will learn how to properly measure wet and dry ingredients, the importance of exact measurements, and how to follow a recipe. We will work together in small groups to complete each part of the recipe, and each Lil Chef will create and decorate their own to take home.
