This monthly class specializes in teaching basic pastry & baking techniques, including creaming, folding, whisking/beating, cutting in, kneading, and sifting. We also teach how to measure properly and the difference between measuring dry and wet ingredients. We create everything from scratch, and tastings are always included. Lil’ Chefs will learn how to properly measure wet and dry ingredients, the importance of exact measurements, and how to follow a recipe. We will work together in small groups to complete each part of the recipe, and each Lil’ Chef will create and decorate their own to take home.
