This monthly class specializes in teaching basic pastry & baking techniques, including creaming, folding, whisking & beating, cutting in, kneading, and sifting. We also teach how to measure properly and the difference between measuring dry and wet ingredients. We create everything from scratch, and tastings are always included. This is a great workshop for the parents to GO OUT and let their child have a fun-filled FRIDAY evening with us! Our Menu: Chicken Fingers, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and Rice Crispy Treats **Additional $15 per child for early drop-off (5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.). **Additional $15 per child for late pickup (8:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.). Ages: 3* & UP *Must attend with an older sibling. Kids 3-4 years old can attend with older siblings & must be able to use the bathroom from start to finish on their own. The state of CA prohibits us from entering a bathroom with a child.
