This monthly class specializes in teaching basic pastry & baking techniques, including creaming, folding, whisking & beating, cutting in, kneading, and sifting. We also teach how to measure properly and the difference between measuring dry and wet ingredients. We create everything from scratch, and tastings are always included. This month: Brunch Baking

Children will make 2 recipes each week and will get a tasting of the food they made at the end of class. Recipes are provided online.

On this guided California wine tasting tour, join BEST COAST TOURS as we visit four different local wineries. Savor the hundreds of award-winning wines offered by the local wineries and vineyards while enjoying the irresistible charm of their friendly tasting rooms. During the tour, enjoy complementary tastings at three wineries, a charcuterie board, and a picnic stop (lunch not included). In the morning, the tour will start to pick up customers at each of pick up locations in Los Angeles, after that we will heading to 17-Mile Drive and visit the Lodge at Pebble Beach (60 mins) , after all and heading to San Francisco for drop off. You will take a ride with us along the scenic route of the 17-mile drive! We will be exploring the world’s first-class golf course resort to sightsee the amazing ocean views and multimillion-dollar mansions. The tour start pick up from Los Angeles, after visit, drop off at San Francisco. No need to take long way back. Minimum 2 travelers for each tour to operate.
