This is a great workshop for the parents to GO OUT and let their children have a fun-filled SATURDAY evening with us! This month, we are featuring a Saturday night with food that your Lil’ Chef will make from scratch and provide drinks and a game or movie to end our evening. Activity: Come dressed in your costume and trick-or-treat in our kitchen with all your monster friends. Menu: We will make mummy pizzas, Rice Krispies spiders, and bloody mummy cones filled (strawberry N cream sugar cones). **Additional $15 per child for early drop-off (5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.). **Additional $15 per child for late pickup (8:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.). Ages: 3* & UP *Must attend with an older sibling. Kids 3-4 years old can attend with older siblings & must be able to use the bathroom from start to finish on their own. The state of CA prohibits us from entering a bathroom with a child.

This course is for the Lil’ Chefs, ages 3-5, who still need an adult by their side. This is a hands-on cooking class that allows adults to help their little ones measure dry and wet ingredients. Each adult has the choice to cook alongside their child or assist, depending on their age and capabilities. We start with baking recipes where they will learn how to measure dry ingredients and mix various batters. We will be making Rice Crispy Friendly Spider Treats. .

This monthly class specializes in teaching basic pastry & baking techniques, including creaming, folding, whisking & beating, cutting in, kneading, and sifting. We also teach how to measure properly and the difference between measuring dry and wet ingredients. We create everything from scratch, and tastings are always included. Menu: Monday – Turkey Tetrazzini, Sweet & Buttery Glazed Carrots, Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread, & Snickerdoodle Cookies Tuesday- Lasagna Rollups, Parmesan Risotto, Tiramisu Brownie Trifle Wednesday- Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Personal Pizzas, and a Homemade No-Bake Chocolate Cream Pie to take home. Lil’ Chefs will make Inside-Out Bacon Cheeseburgers, Baked Potato Chips, Gooey Butter Cake, and Celebration White Chocolate Pretzel Rods, served with Fruit Punch Limeade. All Lil’ Chefs will eat everything they make for lunch.
