Give your child the gift of confidence and the joy of cooking! Our culinary program offers hands-on cooking lessons for budding young chefs. We learn more than how to follow a recipe at Lil’ Chef School. We utilize math, science, teamwork, creativity, and more. Children learn the world's cuisines and enhance their experience with fruits, vegetables, herbs & spices while gaining confidence and experience in the kitchen that will last them a lifetime. Children will make 2 recipes each week and will get a tasting of the food they made at the end of class. Recipes are provided online.

Our Menu: Breakfast for Dinner with Waffles, Chocolate Donuts, and Fruit Smoothies **Additional $15 per child for early drop-off (5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.). **Additional $15 per child for late pickup (8:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.). Ages: 3* & UP *Must attend with an older sibling. Kids 3-4 years old can attend with older siblings & must be able to use the bathroom from start to finish on their own. The state of CA prohibits us from entering a bathroom with a child.

Ages: 3-5 (older kids are welcome)

This course is for the Lil’ Chefs, ages 3-5, who still need an adult by their side. This is a hands-on cooking class that allows adults to help their little ones measure dry and wet ingredients. Our baking workshops are back! Come bake with us and whip up some fun in our cool kitchens. Lil’ Chefs will learn how to properly measure wet and dry ingredients, the importance of exact measurements, and how to follow a recipe. We will work together in small groups to complete each part of the recipe, and each Lil’ Chef will create and decorate their own to take home. We will make individual heart cupcakes with Pink Buttercream Frosting and Hershey’s Kisses.

This hands-on 16-week course is an advanced cooking program designed for young chefs who are ready to take their skills to the next level. Students will step into the world of a 5-star kitchen, learning essential techniques such as plating, knife skills, sautéing, and roasting. What’s on the Menu Throughout the course, students will prepare a variety of gourmet dishes, including: • Roasted Apricot-glazed Cornish Hens • Classic Beef Stroganoff • Shrimp Scampi • Chicken Cordon Bleu • Hors d’œuvres and Gourmet Side Dishes • French Pastries and Desserts

This course is for Lil’ Chefs who love Japanese food and want to learn how to make Authentic Japanese Cuisine. We will make Miso Soup with Bok Choy and Udon Noodles, Karaage Chicken (Japanese Fried Chicken), and Curry Rice.
