Ball Handling Clinic

The Ball Handling Clinic is designed for athletes who ALREADY understand the basics of dribbling and are ready to upgrade their control, confidence, and creativity with the basketball. ***This is not a beginner class.*** Athletes are expected to work with focus and effort. This class focuses on intentional, skill-based development with detailed coaching and high repetition to build strong habits. We teach players how to handle the ball under pressure, change speed and direction with purpose, and become confident playmakers. Program Highlights: Handle Development: Stationary and on-the-move dribbling progressions using both hands Control and Confidence: Building a strong, tight handle with eyes up and full command of the ball Change of Pace/Direction: Different dribble moves and how to utilize combo moves with purpose, not just for frills. Footwork and Body Positioning: Learning how to attack efficiently and protect the ball Ball Protection Under Pressure: Handling contact, traps, on-ball defense, and more Game Application: Applying dribble moves to create space and beat defenders Basketball Conditioning: Ball control drills designed to build endurance and handle fatigue while maintaining mechanics Mindset Training: Emphasis on discipline, repetition, and learning to play with purpose This class is perfect for players who want to tighten their handle, build confidence as a guard or ball handler, and prepare for game play at a higher level. **Bring a water bottle and be ready to work with intensity and focus.**
