Beginner Art Classes

Here at The Giggling Pig we aim to foster each child's unique style, so this week we will be focusing on YOU with self portraits. Students will broaden their concepts of value and light with graphite, focusing on various blending and drawing techniques to achieve different results with the same pencil. This monotone project will challenge students to look beyond color to capture their likeness with every stroke. Art Lessons perfect for ages 4-6 years. 1-hour class We will use a variety of media, including watercolor, acrylic & tempera paints, oil pastels, mixed media, and clay for our beginner classes throughout the school-year! Join us on Tuesday or Saturday each week... or whenever it's convenient for you! We do the same project each of those days for each week, and then something new for the next week! Dress for a mess! Please! We use acrylic paints and sometimes they are difficult to remove from clothes!
