GrowFit’s Veterans Day Emerging Athletes Camp – San Jose A full day of sports, challenges, and fun—perfect for every kid, whether they’re new to the game or already a seasoned player! About the Camp Sports & Games: Each day brings 7 exciting activities designed for each age group. Campers can enjoy classics like basketball, flag football, soccer, and volleyball, plus creative twists like bubble soccer, black light dodgeball, gaga ball, and ultimate ball. Every game is built to keep kids active, laughing, and learning. More Than Just Sports: With GrowFit’s enthusiastic coaches, camp is about more than just picking up a ball—it’s about building confidence, encouraging sportsmanship, and making lasting friendships. Every Athlete Welcome: Whether it’s your first day trying team sports or your eighth year competing, you’ll find challenges that fit your skills and goals. Here, everyone’s an MVP. Friendships & Memories: From team challenges to high-energy games, campers leave with new friends, fun stories, and a passion for play. Logistics Drop-off: 8:45–9:00 AM at the back of The Plex. Late arrivals are fine. Pick-up: 3:45–4:00 PM at the back of The Plex. Please drive around to the rear for efficiency. Early pick-ups are available at the back. Late Pick-Up: $1 per minute after 4:00 PM. Lunch & Snacks: Please pack a hearty lunch and 2–3 healthy snacks. Venue: Indoor playing fields, basketball courts, and roller rinks for maximum variety and fun. Hydration: Bring a labeled, inexpensive water bottle. Attire: Athletic clothing and shoes. For younger campers, pack an extra change of clothes—just in case. Refunds & Cancellations More than 1 month before camp: Full refund minus 10% fee. Within 1 month: Credit for future camp (non-refundable). Same-day or after start: No refund or credit. This policy applies to all Care.com registrations. If you register through a third party, their policy may differ.
