I have been a student of music for 18 years. My musical influences include any music with sizzle and soul and I also enjoy Opera. My teaching style can best be described as a deep balance of the crucial fundamentals and FUN things you would like to learn technically/musically on Guitar. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I want to find the balance between keeping your musical journey as FUN as possible, while simultaneously hammering the fundamental disciplines. In my lessons, you can expect to learn music theory. I like to tell my students practice makes better, nothing is perfect, hence the idea of the word "Journey"!. My favorite thing about teaching is the fulfillment of progress!!!. My favorite performance was all of them. My students love that I am the "sensei" of their Guitar journey!!. I primarily teach guitar theory fundamental techniques, but I can also teach you your favorite song that you would like to learn.
