Teen: 13 to 17 years of age. Aimed at working on self esteem, self confidence, self defense, and self awareness. While working in this class, they also learn social skills through their martial arts training Adult: 18 years of age and above. Focus on fitness, and over all good health. Also self awareness, and self defense.
