Senior Caregiver Available
Please note that I do senior care as a second job. I usually work full-time days as an office manager and bookkeeper. However, I am free during the days right now, but I do go
out on interviews during the day. If I end up getting another office job, I will NOT be quitting any caregiver job
that I have at the time, I will simply be working two jobs.
I am available to do live-in, overnight care, seven days and nights per week. I do live-in work only, with only one client at a time. I'm available for breakfast, and then to prepare dinner and stay overnight. I am best suited to take care of someone who is semi-independent and is allowed to be left alone during the day or who goes to adult day care during the day. Most of my experience has been with elderly females suffering either from dementia or Alzheimer's disease. I've been taking care of elderly female seniors, on and off, for 20 years, and just ended a two-year live-in position taking care of a lady in her 80s with dementia. I've also taken care of several ladies (as their live-in companion) who had Alzheimer's, along with a stroke patient, and two ladies with polio. I will be keeping my full-time day job, but I am used to handling a high degree of responsibility, and I've done a better job of taking care of these ladies than my predecessors who did not have a second job. I in fact replaced them when they failed to do even an adequate job as a caregiver.
