Although I moved out and moved on my mother continued to care for the elderly for 23 years. I was actively involved in day to day care of the elderly until 2008. I have cared for those with Alzheimer's, Dementia (ex-mother in-law), Parkinson's, heart problems, Hodgkins Lymphoma (my father), prostate cancer (ex-father in-law) and normal daily care (bathing, dressing, administering medications, cooking, cleaning, activities, etc.). I believe in caring for our parents and the elderly as they cared for us. I believe it's our duty to ensure their safety and show them love and affection.
